Indulge yourself in this new, oceanfront, 6 bedroom home on the Isle of Palms! This professionally decorated, beautiful oceanfront home is located on “Millionaire’s Row”. The owner has spared no expense in presenting this home for your pleasure and enjoyment.

The first floor is light–filled and features an open floor plan allowing for maximum living enjoyment. The great room boasts a fireplace, ocean view, huge TV, and access to the expansive outside porch with seating group. The kitchen features a gourmet array of stainless steel appliances and the dining room is surrounded by 3 sides of ocean views! Two guest bedrooms are situated on this floor.

Every bedroom in this home boasts a king bed and private bath with marble tops and walk-in shower. The master suite is situated on the second floor and takes advantage of break-taking ocean views. The private master bath features a large walk-in shower, double vanity and whirlpool tub.

The second floor also features a den with seating that leads to an open porch with ocean view. Three other guest bedrooms round out the accommodations on this floor.

Outdoor entertaining doesn’t get any better at the complete summer kitchen alongside the large pool and spa!     Eleven adults enjoyed our time together in this magnificent house!! At no time did we feel "on top of each other". It was amply equipped for us, though folks with children would find it lacking. However, we would have enjoyed a picnic table in the grill area. And the oven in the kitchen was a problem as it took FOREVER to heat up. One shower door became increacingly difficult as the week passed. The Rental agency and the maintenance folks were most accommodating when we had a problem. (wi fi and oven). The beach itself was great with wide areas of hard sand no matter what the tide. The description of the property and cleanliness was exemplary!! I would (already have recommended this property to a friend). We enjoyed the Hunley and a "Taste of Charleston" walking tour. Also, the Boat House Restaurant, The Sea Biscuit, and Five Church.

    We had a wonderful time at this property. It was spacious in all areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common area. The pool was great, the beach was as close as I ever remember any of the past properties we have stayed at to be. We had trouble with the elevator the first day but Mary came to fix it for us promptly and we had no other issues. My only concern was the larger of the 2 ovens. It didn't seem to heat evenly. The food toward the back was much more well done.Also, the rack seemed to fall out as soon as you opened the door to check the food. Maybe it wasn't in right? We didn't use the oven much. Overall, the place is beautiful inside and out. The furnishings were gorgeous and we loved all the wall treatments. The gray doors look great against the white shiplap. Everything was so tastefully done, from the mirrors, to the rugs, to the window treatments. My grandson held his little head on t he island as we were packing up and when asked what was wrong he replied, "I don't want to leave this house" Schedule allowing, we will be back.
