The first floor consists of an expansive living room area commanding incredible views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean, a state-of-the-art brand new kitchen with Wolf range, built in oven and microwave, side-by-side refrigerator and two dishwashers. A very open floor plan to the very large dining area which comfortably seats up to 14 makes this the perfect area for family gatherings. There is easy access to the elevated deck area through two sets of sliding glass doors and floor to ceiling windows offering exceptional views of the South Carolina Coast. There are also two king bedrooms on this floor which share a “Jack & Jill” full bath with shower. One bedroom offers guests sweet dreams in a beautiful four poster bed. The other king bedroom also has a beautiful crib eliminating the need to rent a pack-n-play for your little one.
The impressive master bedroom is center of the home on the second floor with king four poster bed, large flat panel TV, private sitting area that looks out over the beach and two sets of sliding doors providing access to the second-floor oceanfront patios and outdoor sitting areas. No better place in the whole home for morning coffee. The master bath has an incredibly impressive jetted tub, dual vanities and a very large separate shower. No expense has been spared offering guests the epitome of luxury in every detail.
In addition to the master, there are three additional bedrooms on this level of the home. The queen bedroom oceanfront offers guests access to the second-floor patios through sliding glass doors, a flat panel TV and private bath featuring a beautiful claw-footed tub and shower. There is a king street facing bedroom with side access to the hall full bath and a queen bedroom with private bath and another claw footed tub and shower. Between these bedrooms is a card room and stairs to the impressive finished third floor bunk room.
